This is a hybrid-eligible position, where Monday through Wednesday would be working in one of our offices, with Thursday and Friday eligible for work-from-home days. Office locations include: Capital Insurance Group is seeking a candidate to join our Actuarial Division. You will work alongside our creative and entrepreneurial individuals in various cities. Projects assigned will come from multiple actuarial disciplines.
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative subjects.
5+ years of Actuarial experience with increasing levels of responsibility over time required
Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) required
Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) preferred
Extensive experience using SQL and a comprehensive understanding of relational databases is required
Advanced knowledge of R, Python, or other statistical software is highly preferred
Proficient knowledge of Tableau or another data visualization software is preferred
Demonstrated ability to implement findings from predictive modeling analyses
Complies with professionalism standards set by the Casualty Actuarial Society
