Salesperson - remote

SalespersonA growing construction company is seeking a driven Salesperson to generate new business and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This is a full time position with flexibility to work remotely or from the Toms River office.The ideal candidate is self motivated, comfortable working independently, and focused on results. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, and turning leads into closed business. Compensation is commission driven with strong earning potential based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Generate and pursue new sales opportunitiesDevelop relationships with prospective clients and industry contactsFollow up consistently with leads and potential customersUnderstand client needs and present appropriate construction servicesManage opportunities throughout the sales processNegotiate and close new businessMaintain strong relationships with existing clientsBuild and maintain an active sales pipelineTrack follow ups, opportunities, and sales activityWork independently while communicating effectively with the internal teamIdentify new markets, relationships, and opportunities for growthQualifications:Prior sales experience strongly preferredConstruction or related industry sales experience is a plusStrong prospecting, relationship building, and closing skillsSelf motivated and comfortable working independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPersistent with excellent follow throughResults driven and motivated by commission based earning potentialComfortable working remotely or from the Toms River officeLocation: Toms River, NJ / RemoteType: Full time, flexibleCompensation: High Commission
