Respiratory Therapist

The position requires an RRT with experience in acute, trauma, emergency department, and critical care settings. Candidates must be able to work independently in a critical access hospital. This role includes performing a variety of respiratory procedures and interventions. Experience with arterial blood gas interpretation and management of mechanical ventilation is essential. Knowledge of respiratory diagnostics and treatment plans for various patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics, is necessary. The candidate should possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to meet operational needs, including weekend shifts, is expected. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team are required.
