The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top‑tier candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who excels at building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and implementing creative sourcing techniques to meet our recruitment needs.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
