The Product Manager will work across underwriting, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver products that automate manual workflows, orchestrate decisioning through LLM-powered agents, and scale Novacore’s differentiated underwriting capabilities**Responsibilities:*** Own the product roadmap for automation and AI solutions spanning intake, triage, underwriting, quoting, and policy ops across programs.* Translate business needs from underwriting, actuarial, and operations into structured product requirements.* Partner closely with engineering teams, vendor partners, and internal business units to deliver MVPs and iterate quickly.* Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory, underwriting, and specialty program constraints and how they impact product design.* Strong understanding of the insurance or MGA space — especially specialty lines, underwriting workflows, and E&S operations.* Hands-on experience delivering data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, NLP, document processing, or agentic platforms).* Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship valuable solutions quickly.* Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at turning fuzzy workflows into structured product features.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with GenAI and automation platforms (e.g., Familiarity with agent orchestration, document intelligence, and intelligent intake pipelines.* Exposure to Eurobase, Insurity, Vertafore, Salesforce, or modern insurance core systems is a plus.
