Head of Operations & Business Management

The Operations Manager I will typically supervise entry-level employees and is responsible for leveraging process and procedures to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality deliverables. They also handle the allocation of budget, administering adequacy of resources to support business operations for clients' satisfaction.

There is no predetermined application window for this position, the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected. Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a milti million dollar food service account, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and client satisfaction goals.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, high-volume hospitality, dining, or event operations comparable to a stadium, convention center, airport, or major campus environment.
Maintain full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, revenue growth, and financial reporting.
Drive financial performance through data-driven decision-making, expense management, productivity initiatives, and revenue optimization strategies.
Oversee operations serving tens of thousands of guests annually while ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and client experience.
Partner with senior client stakeholders to develop and execute strategic business plans that support operational growth and long-term account success.

At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. At least 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing large-scale food service, hospitality, sports & entertainment, higher education, or convention center operations.
Requires High School diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Requires ability to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business in both the short and long term.
Excellent leadership and  communication skills , assisting the team on inquiries and concerns, as well as resolving production complaints.
Strong customer service principles and practices are required.
