Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).

Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.

Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.

Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.

Competitive pay, flexible hours

Full-Time or Part-Time Available - Full-Time is 25+ billable hours/week; anything under is Part-Time

Hybrid: telehealth with in-person client visits asrequired

BCBA certification is good standing with the BACB.

Master's degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before your start date - we'll guide you through it).

Required completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.
