Divergent Alliance is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations from our Algonquin, Illinois office.

This role manages the full employee lifecycle across a multi-state workforce, including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training and compliance.

Manage full-cycle onboarding, including high-volume onboarding for project and emergency response mobilizations

Partner with payroll on multi-state and union payroll requirements

Develop and coordinate training programs including orientation and compliance training

Support employee relations, engagement and retention initiatives

Maintain the employee handbook and ensure policy compliance in all operating states

Partner with Safety on training records and certification currency

Support recruiting and offer administration

Five or more years of progressive human resources experience

Multi-state HR experience required; union or prevailing wage exposure preferred

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
