Salesperson for Retail Sales

Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations i.e., POS system management and use, stock replenishment, assist in pricing and markdown processes seasonally, promote loyalty programs, maintain cleanliness and recovery standards etc.
Leads by example and works with Store Leadership on improving personal key performance indicators through sales driven techniques
Follow Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedure
What You'll Bring to the Table Must be 16 years or older
Flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary and in accordance with all applicable minor work rules if necessary
Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment tand from backroom and sales floor on a daily basis
Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise on a daily basis
Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance on a daily basis
Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis
Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer on a daily basis
