You’ll be a visible presence at work sites, ensuring procedures are followed and providing real-time feedback to support continuous improvement.This role offers the opportunity to coordinate training, delegate tasks, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. You’ll help build a collaborative environment where safety, reliability, and performance are top priorities.**What You’ll Do**As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:* Supporting safety, operational, and maintenance priorities under the guidance of the Operations Manager* Ensuring team members are trained to identify hazards and perform duties safely* Verifying all work is performed in strict accordance with policies and procedures* Maintaining a safe, secure, and motivating work environment* Supervising and auditing critical safety procedures with regular site presence and feedback* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and routine cost analysis* Communicating outage plans to business partners to minimize customer impact* Promoting collaboration and information sharing across teams* Building and leading effective teams through workforce planning and career development* Delegating and coordinating work assignments* Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers* Managing costs through accurate planning, scheduling, and compliance focus* Analyzing processes and developing improvements and documentation* Acting as a subject matter expert or change agent for key organizational initiatives* Performing other duties as assigned**What You’ll Bring****Required**:* High school diploma or GED* Minimum of 3 years in a supervisor or senior lead role* Minimum of 8 years of industry-specific operations experience* Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications* Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills* Broad knowledge of pipeline operations, engineering practices, and regulatory compliance* Commitment to safety as a top priority**Preferred**:* Associate’s degree* Proficiency in troubleshooting tools such as P&IDs, data historian process trending, SCADA, and analyzer systems#LI-RS1 We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
