You will streamline the creation of powerful documents that differentiate the firm's wealth management experience, enabling business growth leaders to secure and retain substantial assets. Lead the creation of compelling written proposals and storylines, working closely with field representatives and partners to secure business from high and ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Distill complex financial information into clear, concise, and persuasive recommendations for proposals and presentations.

Utilize and format content slides, integrating portfolio analysis reports to construct high-quality, impactful presentations that support business development efforts.

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

Proven ability to manage and format content, creating clear and high-quality presentations that achieve business objectives and engage stakeholders.

Exceptional detail-orientation, superior organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.

Strong knowledge of offerings and services within a complex organizational structure.

Demonstrated experience building robust relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, develop cohesive business cases and recommendations, influence partners, and craft compelling storylines.

2+ years of experience in marketing communications, program management, sales operations, or client experience.

Experience within the financial services industry.
