Job Summary: The Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests to the dining establishment and escorting them to their seats in a professional and courteous manner. Presents menus and answers guest questions regarding the food and service.

Manages seating arrangements based on restaurant activity and reservations.

Performs opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.

Assists food and beverage staff with side-work and setup as needed.

Maintains seating charts and confirms reservations, including large parties and special requests.

Attends department meetings and completes assigned projects.

Prior customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu offerings, and promotions.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
