We are a law firm with offices throughout the Carolinas, servicing our clients across business law, litigation, real estate and more.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our litigation division as an Attorney.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex civil litigation cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including commercial bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures, and receiverships. Represent clients in all stages of commercial bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures, and receiverships.
Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, contracts, and legal memoranda.
Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in a manner that is favorable to the client.
Stay updated on current legislation and legal developments relevant to civil litigation, commercial bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures, and receiverships.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Proven experience of 2+ years as a civil litigation attorney, specifically handling creditors' rights, commercial bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures, and/or receiverships.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal disputes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of data.
Proficient in legal research and writing.
Proficient in the use of legal software and technology.
