Commercial Attorney (Part-Time)

To provide overflow transactional support, the part-time Commercial Contracts Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to digital media and advertising for a portfolio of well-known media brands in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on digital media, advertising, and content licensing
Collaborate with business stakeholders, including sales teams, to facilitate efficient negotiations
Manage a workload of 10-20 hours per week over an estimated 2-3 month engagement
Required qualifications
Experience in commercial contracts, particularly within media, publishing, or digital content organizations
Strong understanding of ad tech and digital media agreements
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable negotiating with business stakeholders
Availability to support during designated hours between 10am-4pm ET
