Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional goals.
Collaborate Within Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, well-rounded care.
Share your expertise with patients and their families, providing tools that support continued progress at home.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and welcomed
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
A genuine passion for helping people achieve their highest level of independence
