The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing the investor relations strategy, with a focus on major capital markets transactions. This includes the development of the company's investment thesis, creation of capital markets materials, and serving as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and the financial media. The role also involves close collaboration with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and to provide accurate and timely financial disclosures. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Business Administration or Juris Doctor degree, a CFA designation is a strong plus, and at least 10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or financial communications.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Investor Relations at the company include leading the investor relations team, contributing to the earnings process, and developing relationships with industry analysts and investors. The role requires a deep understanding of SEC disclosure requirements, Reg FD, and public company reporting obligations, as well as outstanding communication skills and strong financial literacy. The candidate should be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment and be adept at building and managing relationships. Experience in the semiconductor, storage, or enterprise technology industry is strongly preferred, and a proven track record of supporting a successful IPO, SPAC transaction, or comparable capital markets event is essential.
