Associate, Investor Accounting

About Us: FrontRange Capital Partners is a real estate private equity firm focused on strategic partnerships with leading middle-market real estate companies. Founded in 2010 and based in Denver, Colorado, FrontRange specializes in Platform and Co-GP capital solutions, as well as programmatic property-level LP investments, that help management teams execute their growth plans. We are looking for a high-energy Investor Relations professional to serve as the primary steward of existing client relationships. This individual will be responsible for the investor lifecycle – from the initial onboarding of new capital to delivering high-touch and personalized service through quarterly portfolio reporting and other touch points. Because we are a tight-knit team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence how we tell our investment story. This role will report directly to the CFO and Head of Investor Relations.

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing investors

• Coordinate account management tasks within FrontRange’s CRM (Juniper Square)
• Maintain a deep understanding of client contacts, structures, and service requirements
• Lead the client onboarding process including detailed reviews of subscription agreements and KYC/AML documents
• Lead the firm’s communications function including website updates, LinkedIn posts, and press releases to enhance visibility and engagement
• Coordinate with the Capital Markets, Investments, Accounting, and Compliance teams to create investor materials, including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, consultant-specific questionnaires, and other deliverables
• Manage the FATCA/CRS process for offshore clients with our third-party service provider
• Work with the Legal and Compliance team to ensure adherence to Cayman regulatory requirements
• Work alongside other FrontRange teams in preparation of investor-facing deliverables
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
• 3+ years of investor relations experience within alternative asset classes (real estate, private equity, hedge funds, private wealth management, etc.)
• Client service focus, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently exceeding investor expectations
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically, including the ability to discuss financial concepts fluently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM management (Juniper Square, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
