Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2196

$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

RN - Skilled Nursing

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• No on-call requirements
• Floating to other units may be required
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:20
• Care for 70 residents, majority in private rooms
• Work with elderly patients including dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients
• Perform charting, assessments, charge duties, and medication administration
• Clinical skills required include IV management, catheter care, ostomy care, and other nursing procedures
• Work with IV therapy and titratable drips
• Elderly care experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Use ECS electronic medical record system
• Dress code requires any solid color scrubs, clean and professional appearance
• Must clock in and out at facility
• Orientation varies based on individual skills assessment
• Work alongside interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, and housekeeping
• Respiratory therapy available on-site 24/7
• On-site pharmacy with medication dispensing system

This skilled nursing facility is a 70-bed nursing home attached to a hospital, providing long-term care and rehabilitation services. The facility specializes in caring for elderly patients with various conditions including dementia and those requiring rehabilitation services. The organization maintains comprehensive support services including on-site respiratory therapy, pharmacy services, and a full interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
