Process standard and complex HR transactions and supports the resolution of employee/manager and candidate inquiries.
Support continuous research, documentation, and findings across HR topics to include policies, procedures, communications, and issue resolution standards.
Produce supporting material for HR service delivery, such as memoranda, notices, announcements, and news releases for HR-related policies and events.

Bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus 6 years of experience OR high school diploma plus 10 years of experience
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
2+ years processing Federal Human Resources (HR) transactions and resolving employee, manager, and candidate inquiry
2+ years researching and documenting HR policies, procedures, communications, or issue resolution standards
2+ years creating HR service delivery materials, including memoranda, notices, announcements, or news releases for HR
Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA
