Compensation and Bonus Structure

Bonuses include monthly performance bonuses (unlimited), a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, certification bonuses, relocation assistance, and a 401(k) with company match.

BCBA role; Remote work benefit: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours.

Paid time off: approximately 30 days in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEUs, and flex days.

Manageable caseload: up to 8 children per BCBA.

BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Training: Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice.

Linda LeBlanc on treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.

Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
