Temporary Associate Attorney

We are located in Richmond, KY, and we are seeking an Associate Attorney with a background in probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters. Compensation, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance: The Associate’s initial compensation will be based upon prior experience and current pay. Raises will be based on job performance. 10 paid Holidays per year. Health Insurance is 100% paid for the employee by the firm. Vision and Dental Insurance are offered to employees at a nominal cost. Life Insurance, short-term disability insurance, cancer policies, and accident policies are offered to employees at a nominal cost. Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants, and monitoring their work;

Preparing documents for sophisticated Estate Plans;

Has Estate Planning and/or Elder Law experience;
