Compliance Paralegal - Remote / Telecommute

Talascend - Engineering Jobs & Staffing - Michigan

Talascend is currently seeking a Paralegal for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan .

Coordinate, schedule, and manage the development of new agreements and those needing renewal with licenses. Ensure deadlines are met to prevent unintended expiration of agreements while interfacing and coordinating with legal staff.

Interface and coordinate agreements with legal staff.
Gather and interpret complex data.
Support project management, including budget management.
Maintain frequent contact with others outside the immediate work group and outside the industry.
Support compliance of licensees.
Draft, develop, and manage licensing agreements with external partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal staff for contract review and approval.
Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of regulatory and legal requirements for service and parts information.

Understanding of automotive aftermarket industry association standards.
Experience with automotive aftermarket (or similar) licensing.
Knowledge of automotive service and parts specific file formats.

Shift

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm remote Monday and Friday.
