John's Food & Wine is expanding our team and seeking passionate, skilled individuals. We're known for our focus on seasonal, New American cuisine, paired with an impressive selection of wines and cocktails. Our kitchen team includes both new and experienced cooks, creating a supportive environment that values learning and high standards.
Our unique service fee model ensures that all hourly staff—from our front-of-house team to cooks and dishwashers—are part of the service fee pool. This innovative approach allows us to offer competitive wages, with cooks earning $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
We are looking for a hospitality professional with a strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and a kind, positive personality. While culinary skill is important, we value teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be flexible and open to learning various aspects of the business.
