What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based, hands-on physical therapy treatment

Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, mobility, and wellness

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology

Help patients achieve exceptional outcomes while building lasting relationships

Qualifications

Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Passion for patient-centered care

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
