Job Description:

Join the team on the 4th-floor Ortho Trauma Unit at a vibrant medical center in Lewisville, TX, for a 13-week travel RN position. This role involves night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy Med Surg environment that handles a mix of orthopedics and trauma cases. You’ll be working with a collaborative staff that supports each other during demanding shifts, ensuring optimal patient care and a positive work atmosphere. As part of this assignment, you’ll manage patient loads with ratios of 1:6, utilizing advanced equipment like Baxter IV pumps and Welch Allyn VS machines. This is a chance to deepen your skills in wound care and patient ambulation while enjoying the camaraderie of a supportive team and the flexibility of floating to related departments if needed.
