AmeriStaff is now hiring experienced Welders to join a reputable manufacturing company based in Boones Mill, VA. This company specializes in producing high-quality steel and wood building systems, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment for dedicated professionals.

Monday-Friday.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
Execute welding operations using MIG equipment and techniques to fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to specifications and blueprints
Perform various types of welds including straight lines, curves, and circles, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and in adherence to quality guidelines
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in welding technology to implement best practices
Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a similar fabrication or manufacturing setting
Proficient in operating MIG equipment including welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, and various hand tools
Strong knowledge of different welding techniques, materials, and their properties
Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards
