Research Fellow - Biochemistry

Insight Global is seeking a Pharma Services Research Associate for a leading client in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics space. This individual will support client-sponsored biomarker prevalence and immunohistochemistry assay validation studies in a laboratory environment. This role offers hands-on experience with automated staining platforms, exposure to biomarker validation workflows, and opportunities to contribute to impactful client-facing research projects while working alongside experienced scientists.

Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field

• At least 1 year of hands on laboratory experience
• Experience using BenchMark ULTRA or ULTRA PLUS automated staining platforms
• Experience following established laboratory procedures under supervision
• Ability to accurately document work in electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
• Basic data analysis skills and ability to summarize results in tables/figures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exposure to client-sponsored or regulated lab environments
