Build Your Own Clinic. Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Scottsdale area. This is more than a traditional OT role-it's an opportunity to learn how to build, grow, and manage your own therapy program while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer graduate looking to expand your skills, we'll provide mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on training to help you learn the operational and clinical aspects of running a successful outpatient therapy program.
