This role requires 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience and hands-on involvement supporting complex litigation through discovery and trial or arbitration preparation

Manage litigation matters from intake through discovery, motions, and trial or arbitration preparation

Draft, proof, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, and pre-trial materials

Coordinate document organization, e-discovery workflows, and case file management across systems

Support depositions, hearings, and trial prep by organizing exhibits, tracking deadlines, and coordinating logistics

Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys and case strategy

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision

Mentor and oversee a junior paralegal by delegating tasks and quality-checking deliverables

Must have big law firm experience

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (specialized or complex litigation strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and court rules

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with strong writing skills
