Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
IT360, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT equipment, software, and services. Procurement Process: Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order creation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track orders, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Monitor and analyze procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.
Product Check-In: Check in products upon receiving them, ensuring that all items are accounted for and meet quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
Collaboration: Work closely with the IT support team to understand their needs and ensure the timely availability of required equipment and services.
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to management.
Associates in Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Hands‑on experience with purchasing software and quoting software.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
