Warehouse Supervisor Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc., We are committed to ensuring the optimal performance of compressed air systems, offering new equipment, maintenance, repair, and installation services.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Manage release of orders for Warehouse team to pick and ship, as well as jobs that are complete to be picked and staged.

Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of industrial air compressor equipment and parts.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Coordinate logistics and transportation to optimize deliveries and reduce costs.

Improve warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization.

Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Communicate effectively with sales, service, and operations teams to meet customer demands.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Requirements: 3+ years of warehouse supervision or management experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).

High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
