We Care Senior Care is hiring a Recruiter Associate to support caregiver recruiting, hiring, and retention for our growing senior care team. This is a full-time, in-office, KPI-driven recruiting role with high-volume outbound calling and accountability to recruiting metrics.
This staffing and recruiting position focuses on screening, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers, meeting recruiting KPIs, and representing Home Instead in the Stevens Point community.
