As a BCBA at Astra ABA, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help our team achieve our mission of empowering young learners to reach their full potential. Provide ongoing behavioral support and training to parents and caregivers

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Bilingual skills in Spanish and English

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilitiesStrong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices

Familiarity with behavioral software and data analysis tools
