Work Shift:

10,000 SIGN ON BONUS***

May require a 2-month rotation to Roper Hospital per year maximum - a rare occurrence, for on call if called back.
Flexible, 8:00am - 5:00pm, 7:00am - 3:30pm, or as necessary.
*Prefer EPIC experience*
This role directs the daily operations of the treatment area to ensure quality patient care and promotes radiation therapy standards and safety standards. This role is actively involved in patient care and assists in planning services to achieve hospital objectives. The Radiation Therapist works under the guidance of the Radiation Oncologist, Physicist, and Manager to deliver high-quality care and services.

Sets up treatment rooms, devices, and parameters as ordered by the Radiation Oncologist.

• Positions patients according to prescriptions, requiring physical effort and mental application.
• Documents thoroughly in treatment records.

• Radiation Oncology Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required)
• 1 year Experience in Radiation Therapy and CT Simulation (preferred)

Must be flexible and able to adapt to change.
