Graduate Physiotherapist
STEP UP PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC
Job Description We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our growing practice who will improve the patient’s quality of life and movement through prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
Performs patient assessment, treatment, discharge planning and collaboration with other health care providers
Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
Delegates aspects of patient care to support staff per PT/PTA MI Licensure Administrative Rules providing necessary communication and supervision
Documents patient care and billing information timely and in accordance with department standards.
Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
Physical Therapist bachelor degree OR Master's/Doctorate degree acquired from a Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program.
