Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a results-driven Sales & Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers. This role is critical to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and district growth through strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers

Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention

Conduct customer audits, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues

Train and onboard new Route Drivers/Customer Sales Representatives

Drive performance through goal setting, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all customer accounts

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in customer service

2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results

Growth-oriented mindset with strong career ambition

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Military experience is highly valued
