We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Bartender / Bar Lead to join our team at MVPs Bar & Grill. As a Bartender / Bar Lead, you will be responsible for managing bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Craft and serve a variety of high‑quality beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.

Train, mentor, and lead bar staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Participate in community events and initiatives, supporting our commitment to community‑driven sports passion.

Uphold our core values of excellence, hospitality, teamwork, and accountability in all aspects of the role.

Proven experience as a Bartender, Bar Lead, or similar role in a high‑volume bar or restaurant.

Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and bar management.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus.
