Shift Hours Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm OR 3:00pm-11:30pm
Position Overview and Purpose An Inventory Control Coordinator assists in stock taking, monitoring inventory and performs inventory control responsibilities in order to assist in the coordination of the incoming and outgoing of product.
Responsibilities Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories.
Perform scheduled cycle counts by reviewing documentation and verifying against perpetual stock in inventory.
missing stock, unscheduled product moves, non-executed scheduled product moves and more).
Update inventory based on results of failure research by entering data into WMS following appropriate Arcadia policies and procedures.
Research for customer claims.
Evaluate set-up and slotting to best assist all areas of Arcadia operation including Receiving, Warehousing and Shipping.
Analyze inventory imbalances through research and physical checks to improve inventory integrity.
Identify process improvement and opportunities for change.
Supply all lot information on cut orders (i.e., Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and safety procedures.
Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy.
Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training; Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
