Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $62 K-80K/yr

Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

We will rely on your expertise to:
Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement a treatment plan.
Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with diverse clients and demonstrating stable boundaries.
Ability to pass a background check.
Additionally Valuable Qualifications:
Experience in mental health practice.
Insurance network credentials.
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
Specialty area of practice.
