Maintenance Electrician/Electronics
KGHM, International Ltd
The electrician participates in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls of varying design or complexity.
Safely and efficiently maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment and power distribution throughout the plant
Interpret electrical printouts, installation instructions and work orders
Troubleshoot electrical problems in power circuits
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of VFD/motors/starters
Establish new installation of electrical equipment
Previous Related Work Experience Required:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mining or industrial environment
Two years of formal technical training in the principles of electricity and electrical design.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and draw diagrams
- PLC experience
- Must be able to identify and analyze electrical/instrumentation problems
