Paint repair preparation: attend and participate in the morning meetings. Repair planning for all vehicles by prioritizing daily workload. Mirror match parts to ensure everything is in place for a proper repair. Preparing all panels and surfaces before execution of painting work. Must be able to mix and match paint colors throughout repair planning.
Paint quality assurance: perform quality repairs while adhering to all safety practices. Maintain high-quality standards throughout painting and verify all paint work is up to CBC standards before reassembly. Workplace maintenance & professionalism: keep tools and equipment in good working order to ensure proper performance. Dress professionally and maintain good hygiene. Knowledge: high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Paint Technician, Automotive Painter, Body and Paint Restoration Technician, or similar role preferred.
Exemplary planning and time management skills. Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills. Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Ability: ability to pass a felony/misdemeanor background check.
