Care Center Cook

We are a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee foodservice operation, and ensures adequate food and supplies are available.

Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe.

Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas

Comply with state sanitation codes

Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately

Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed

Can obtain Food Handler's card. Read, write, speak and understand English.
