Our Valet makes a difference by:

* As a Valet, you will:

• Record vehicle information accurately and issue claim tickets
• Monitor and maintain an organized and safe parking area
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Respond quickly to guest questions and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Report any vehicle damage, safety concerns, or incidents immediately to management
• Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
• Protect company and guest assets

* To be a successful Valet, you need:

• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

The Valet role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts. Walk, run, and move quickly between the hotel entrance and parking areas. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Enter and exit various vehicle types repeatedly throughout the shift. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
