Employer Services Senior Associate
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm | 4 days onsite

We are seeking a highly motivated Employer Services Senior Associate to support plan sponsors and advisors by delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and excels at building trust through clear, humanized communication. Client Support & Communication — Serve as the first point of contact for a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

Account Management — Support a book of business consisting of advisors and sponsors, ensuring servicing needs are met and administrative issues are addressed.
Expectation Management — Help manage client expectations to prevent disconnects around processes and timelines.
Documentation — Create tickets, document interactions, and update client accounts within internal systems.
Follow‑Up & Service Levels — Conduct timely follow‑up to maintain service excellence and adhere to internal and client-facing SLAs.
Insights & Reporting — Share data-driven insights with product teams to support platform improvements.
Client Engagement — Participate in scheduled client calls, provide plan updates, and host or moderate webinars to guide sponsors through registration and portal navigation.
Prior experience in financial services customer service
Experience with retirement accounts or wealth management
4 days onsite, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in the respective time zone.
