Technical Recruitment Sourcer

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help attract top talent across engineering, project management, account management, and other professional roles. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders, guide candidates through the hiring process, and play a key role in shaping our growing organization.Partner with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent.Coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and manage recruiting operations.Support campus recruiting efforts, internships, co-ops, career fairs, and recruiting events.What We're Looking For2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical hiring.Experience recruiting for roles such as engineers, project managers, account managers, or similar professional positions.Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.You'll enjoy employee appreciation events, catered meals, food and coffee truck visits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing team.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Mariemont, OH.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
