As an Operations Supervisor , you'll play a key role in the daily success of our transportation operation by supporting drivers, coordinating routes, overseeing daily bus readiness, and helping ensure students arrive safely and on time.

This position supports our operations serving the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District, Oxford Public Schools, and Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School.

About the Operations Supervisor Position As an Operations Supervisor, you'll help oversee the day-to-day transportation operation while supporting drivers, dispatch, maintenance, and local leadership. You'll play an important role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transportation service for the students and communities we serve.
Operations Supervisor Responsibilities Demonstrate and promote a safe work environment at all times.
Coordinate field trips by assigning drivers and vehicles.
Assist the Location Manager during driver training sessions and kick-off meetings.
Drive a school bus when operational needs require.
Help manage smaller locations under the direction of the Location Manager.
Ensure routes comply with state, local, and customer requirements.
Review employee timesheets prior to payroll submission.
Computer proficiency.
