Join Team Takara in delivering hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting patients, families, and community caregivers. Looking for a LVN.

Availability Requirements Weekends Only

Position Qualifications Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.

Skilled Nurses in the area of hospice and home health with 1 year or more of experience is preferred.

Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communications, nursing skills per competency checklist.

Able to lift supplies and equipment.

Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.

Hours: Weekends onlySalaried position
