Front Desk Receptionist needed!!!

We are seeking a dependable, welcoming, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of StyleCraft. In this role, you will set the tone for our company culture by delivering exceptional service to visitors, supporting team members across departments, and ensuring our daily office operations run smoothly.
Front Desk & Operations: Open and close the office daily; manage incoming phone calls with accuracy and courtesy.

• Office Maintenance & Support: Oversee office aesthetics, keep shared areas (lobby, kitchens, conference rooms) clean and presentable, manage supply inventory, and coordinate incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist with planning company events and meetings, including coordinating meal orders, room setups, and reservations.
• Administrative Support: Execute special administrative projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned to support various teams.

~ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
