Warehouse Store Keeper

CompensationStarting Pay Range: $17.99 - $20.39 Hourly The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards, maintains financial accuracy through effective reporting and controls, and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Store Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.

Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.

Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.

Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage

Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits.

Oversee routine administrative tasks, including maintaining auction files, following up on delinquent accounts, monitoring store budgets, and prepare and deliver bank deposits. .

2+ years of customer-facing work experience.

• Sale experience preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle is necessary for daily bank deposits and travel to other sites as needed, except in New York City and Brooklyn.
• High School diploma or GED is required; Perform indoor and outdoor job responsibilities ranging from sedentary desk work to physical job duties with varying physical demands and exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
