Manufacturing Engineer - Hands-On CNC & Process Optimization

We're looking for a locally-based Manufacturing Engineer in the Carolinas/Charlotte area who brings strong, hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing and process optimization within a high mix / low volume environment.

Design and improve manufacturing cells, workflows, and production layouts

Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and waste elimination

Partner closely with production to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes in real time

Proven manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment (not just design or project-based work)

Strong background in CNC machining, tooling, and/or cell design

Hands-on experience improving processes, flow, and efficiency on the shop floor

This is a fully on-site role where your work will directly improve operations and production outcomes. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $73,735 to $92,168 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
